Michael Posner made significant contributions to research on attention by concluding that attention is a multifaceted cognitive process involving several components and mechanisms.
He proposed the concept of the attentional network, which consists of three major networks: alerting, orienting, and executive control. Posner's research demonstrated that attention is not a single unified process but rather a complex system involving various cognitive functions. The alerting network is responsible for maintaining a state of alertness and preparedness, the orienting network is involved in directing attention to specific sensory stimuli or locations, and the executive control network is responsible for monitoring and resolving conflicts among competing stimuli or responses. Posner's work emphasized the importance of understanding attention as a dynamic and interactive process, shedding light on how attention operates in different contexts and tasks. His findings have had a significant impact on the field of cognitive psychology and have informed our understanding of attentional processes.

Answer:
flexible; an adolescent.
Explanation:
Cognitive development can be defined as the development of thought processes, skills, knowledge and problem-solving abilities from infancy through adulthood.
Jean Piaget was a developmental biologist and psychologist who worked extensively on cognitive development in infants and teenagers; these are judgement, knowledge and thoughts.
Jean Piaget's stages of cognitive development in an ascending order are;
I. Sensorimotor: this is between 0 - 2 years (18 - 24 months) where the child exhibits object permanence.
II. Preoperational: this is age 2 - 7 years where the child acts in an egocentric manner.
III. Concrete operational: this is age 7 through age 11 and the child thinks logically at this stage.
IV. Formal operational: this is from adolescence (11 years) through adulthood and focuses on logically thinking about abstractions.
In this scenario, Todd's cognition is probably more practical, more flexible, more likely to coordinate intuitive and analytic thought than when Todd was an adolescent due to his being young at heart.
How is the trade of commodities impacted by social class, religion, and language?
Answer:
Market movements and price fluctuations are influenced by a number of factors, such as economic reports, large institutional block trades and such like. Of all these factors, one that is often underestimated is the impact of commodity prices. Fluctuating commodity prices not only have a significant impact on business, they also impact the trading markets and the overall economy. Generally, the impact of commodity price fluctuations depends on whether that economy is a net importer or net exporter of commodities.
For economies that are net importers, commodity price increases act almost like trade tariffs. This is because it makes the import of raw materials and sources of energy, required for the everyday functioning of different economic sectors, more expensive.
Economies that are net exporters, on the other hand, benefit from increasing prices, since their income increases with the sale of those commodities. At the same time, a steep rise in prices could reduce the demand for commodities and lead to losses.

Essay on drinking water in Nepal .
Answer:
Nepal is a landlocked nation with the current population of over 27 million people. As reported by the World Bank, Nepal is one of the poorest nations in the world with an estimated GDP per capital of US$470. With a staggering 42 percent of the population living below the poverty line and only 27 percent with improved access to sanitation, there are quite a number of issues facing Nepal. Some of these significant challenges are related to water pollution and water scarcity.
Water is one of the basic human necessities but a large proportion of the Nepalese population is devoid of access to safe and adequate drinking water. According to the Department of Water Supply and Sewerage in Nepal, even though an estimated 80% of the total population has access to drinking water, it is not safe. Those belonging to poor and excluded groups in rural areas have limited to no access. Many in remote areas have to rely on small brooks running from the mountains and spend hours travelling to get water. Still the drinking water available is not always safe as supplied water is often polluted. One of the reasons for this is due to the fact that the surface and ground water in the Kathmandu Valley is deteriorating by natural and anthropogenic contaminations. The surface water is polluted by industry and domestic waste along with discharge of untreated sewage from tightly packed residential neighbourhoods. It is without a doubt that the domestic sewage system is deemed one of the top sources of water pollution that seeps into rivers and lakes, which are the primary sources of drinking water. The capital city of Kathmandu is estimated to produce 150 tons of waste daily and almost half of this is dumped into rivers and 80 percent of the wastewater is generated by households. In addition, due to the increasing population and establishments, surface water sources alone has become inadequate to service everyone.
In some of the rural regions of Nepal communities still rely on getting their drinking water from tube wells. Recently, one of the major concerns in these regions, especially in the region of Teral, is groundwater contamination from arsenic. The Teral Region contains sedimentary layers of sand, gravel deposits interlocked with flood plains carried by rivers and is extremely vulnerable to arsenic contamination.
As only 27 percent of the population has access to basic sanitation, those without access rely on local surface water sources like rivers for bathing and washing clothes. At the same time, the establishments of water treatment facilities throughout the urban and rural regions are limited. As a result, Nepal faces a high number of water-borne diseases such as diarrhea, dysentery, typhoid, gastroenteritis and cholera. Starting with the dry season in the month of March to the end of the rainy season in September, one is extremely vulnerable to waterborne illnesses. Coupled with the unhygienic environmental situation, the risk of food and water contamination is increased. Children under the age of five are the most affected with an estimated 44,000 children dying every year in Nepal from waterborne diseases.
The demand for water is increasing significantly in Nepal and access to safe and adequate drinking water is crucial. The public lacks awareness and education on proper sanitation issues and domestic and industrial wastewater treatment plants need to be widespread. Nepal struggles to overcome this obstacle and needs solutions to eradicate this so that its citizens can live healthier lives.
Explain the difference between "negative assurance" and an
"adverse opinion."
Negative assurance is provided when a reviewer has reviewed financial statements and found no evidence of any material misstatements and does not feel the need to qualify their opinion. In contrast, an adverse opinion is given when the financial statements have been reviewed, but the reviewer discovers that there are material misstatements that impact the validity of the financial statements.
Negative assurance: Negative assurance is a type of audit opinion that is provided by an auditor when they have conducted a review of a company's financial statements but have not found any evidence of material misstatements that would lead them to qualify their opinion. Negative assurance is not as strong as an unqualified opinion since it only indicates that the reviewer has not identified any material misstatements.
Adverse opinion: An adverse opinion, on the other hand, is provided when the financial statements being reviewed contain material misstatements that are so severe that they call into question the overall accuracy and validity of the financial statements. An adverse opinion is the most severe type of audit opinion, and it indicates that the financial statements are not accurate or reliable and should not be used by stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Although you did not include a specific case, context, or further references, we can comment on the following.
You neither attached options to answer the question.
In general terms, the self-fulling prophecy was not demonstrated at higher grade levels because the higher the education level of people, the less inclined are to believe in superstitions or the less inclined to allow popular myths to be part of their reality.
Let's have in mind that a self-fulfilling prophecy happens the moment people accept false beliefs as real and their minds focus on those ideas to the degree they can become real.
High-educated people, true professionals focus instead on hard work, determination, preparation, and tenacity to make their dreams come true.
