We should not judge people by their appearance is one of the themes of Frankenstein how do the events in the story and the characters behavior convey this
Frankenstein conveys the theme of not judging people by appearance through the rejection of the creature and De Lacey's acceptance.
In Frankenstein, the theme of not judging people by their appearance is conveyed through various events and the behavior of the characters. One significant example is the creature itself, who is initially rejected and despised solely based on its monstrous appearance.
Despite being intelligent and capable of kindness, the creature is constantly shunned by society due to its physical features. This highlights the prejudice and superficiality of humans, emphasizing the theme that one should not judge others solely based on their outward appearance.
Additionally, the character of the blind De Lacey further reinforces this theme. When the creature encounters De Lacey, who cannot see its physical form, it is met with kindness and acceptance.
De Lacey judges the creature based on its actions and words, recognizing its inherent goodness. This stark contrast between De Lacey's compassionate behavior and society's judgmental nature serves to emphasize the theme of not judging others based on their appearance.
Furthermore, the character of Victor Frankenstein himself displays judgment based on appearance. Overall, the events in Frankenstein and the characters' behaviors collectively convey the theme of not judging people by their appearance. The story highlights the importance of looking beyond outward appearances and recognizing the intrinsic worth and humanity in others.

The sentence you provided has a dangling modifier. Here's the corrected sentence:
"Ben Gross's pet gerbil, a loud snorer, was woken up in the middle of the night."
I removed the unnecessary word "MALEANC" from the word menu you provided.
How to explain the modifierIn the original sentence, "A loud snorer Ben Gross's pet gerbil were woken up in the middle of the night," there is a dangling modifier. A dangling modifier is a phrase or clause that is intended to modify a certain word in the sentence, but it is not placed correctly, causing confusion or ambiguity.
In this case, the phrase "A loud snorer" is intended to describe or modify the pet gerbil owned by Ben Gross. However, in the original sentence, it is placed before the name "Ben Gross" instead of directly modifying the gerbil. This results in a sentence that suggests Ben Gross is the loud snorer, rather than the pet gerbil.

Dog Training Me?
by Bryan Ellett
My new dog is a mutt, or a mix of breeds, most likely a mix between a basset hound and a beagle. No one knows for sure, though. His name is Capote, and he is a really attractive dog, small but sturdy. He has great posture and always looks proud, sticking his chest out slightly and standing tall. There is only one problem, but it’s a big problem: he won’t fetch.
Actually, it’s worse than that. Not only will he not fetch, he’s making me play his game! I throw the ball, and Capote goes running after it, as if fetch is the thing in the world he most enjoys. He begins bringing the ball back to me, but then he runs right past me. I follow him, reaching for the ball and trying to pull it out of his mouth, but he keeps turning away from me, teasing me with the ball! He’s not playing fetch; he’s playing “come chase me!” And he’s training me to do it, too!
Once I realized this, I read some books, and I’ve changed my strategy. If he runs past me with the ball, I don’t follow him, and I don’t reach for the ball. Instead, I turn my back on him and ignore him. He really does like to play, so me ignoring him is a tremendous punishment! Eventually, he’ll bring the ball over to me, and once he does, I immediately throw it. That way, he knows that he’ll be rewarded with another throw if he brings me the ball. He is not a perfect fetch player yet, but I can now tell that one day he will be!

DIRECTIONS: Add a healthy dose of suspense to the otherwise suspense-less scene on the second
page of this worksheet. Consider using a tried and true technique for heightening the
excitement, such as foreshadowing or plot complications that delay the scene’s climax and
resolution. Use the steps below to create materials for your job at American Suspense Works.
Suggested Project Steps
1 Analyze the lack of suspense in a scene submitted by a world-famous author.
2 Revise the scene to add suspense, using tried and true techniques.
3 Create a visual representation that shows the development of suspense in the scene.
Step 1: Analyze the lack of suspense in this scene submitted by a world-famous author. In the
space below, describe the narrative structure of the text selection. Explain why it lacks suspense.
Scene:
For the very first time, Annalise Famkavich was home alone for the entire night. Her parents
were out at a church event. Her sister, Petra, was spending the night at a friend's. Her brother,
Andrus, lived on campus at the state university, which was a two hour drive away.
The Famkavich home was a huge, hulking structure that was set back from the sidewalk on a
large, wooded lot. The house was bordered on the south by a forest preserve, and on the east
and west by the pastures of neighboring farms. Directly across the street from the house, to the
north, was an abandoned church, surrounded by a large, rambling cemetery.
Getting through the night was quite an experience for Annalise. The next morning, she told her
parents everything that had happened. They were alarmed and not sure whether to believe
Annalise's version of events, but they assured her that they would never leave her at home alone
again
Now write a analisis about what you read.
Step 2: Revise the scene to add suspense, using tried and true techniques. Add some
foreshadowing and plot complications. Try to increase the reader’s excitement and anticipation
with your revision. (Start by copying and pasting the original scene on the previous page. Then
add to it, delete or replace text, and cut and paste to rearrange details.)
Step 3: Create a visual representation that shows the development of suspense in the scene. You
can draw a diagram below, or you can use other digital tools or programs to create your visual
representation

how does laertes's character develop between act i and act iv of the play?how does laertes's character develop between act i and act iv of the play?
Laertes is a significant character in Shakespeare’s Hamlet and his character develops a great deal over the course of the play. In Act I, Laertes is introduced as a young man of high status who is passionate and protective of his sister, Ophelia.
He is also very loyal to his father, Polonius, and is eager to seek revenge against Hamlet for supposedly causing Ophelia’s heartbreak. Laertes is depicted as a hot-headed young man who is easily swayed by his emotions.
By the time we reach Act IV, Laertes has undergone a great deal of transformation. He has become more mature, level-headed, and understanding. He is no longer seeking revenge against Hamlet but is instead concerned with protecting his family.
He is also more aware of the consequences of his actions and is willing to put his own feelings aside for the sake of what is right. He is willing to forgive Hamlet for his past mistakes and is even willing to go as far as to help him out in his fight against Claudius.

Over the decades, the United States government has designated specific places around the country for preservation and conservation. Preservation keeps something in its original state, while conservation protects it from damage. Large areas of forests, mountains, and fields have been preserved or conserved. One area is Yellowstone National Park, which covers thousands of square miles. Located in the state of California in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Yellowstone National Park is a perfect place to take a vacation.
I have found the question online. We are supposed to choose which sentence is unrelated to the main idea in the passage.
Answer:
The sentence that is unrelated to the main idea in the passage is:
Located in the state of California in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Yellowstone National Park is a perfect place to take a vacation.
Explanation:
Out of the five sentences in the passage, four are related to the main idea. Those four sentences all talk about the importance of conservation and preservation of certain areas. They explain, for instance, that the US government has chosen certain places to preserve, that there is a difference between conservation ad preservation, that certain types of areas are chosen, and finally, that Yellowstone is one of those areas. So far, so good. However, the very last sentence takes an abrupt turn when it states that Yellowstone is a perfect place for a vacation. This has nothing to do with what the other four sentences discuss, and there was no transition or progression to this new subject. It was sudden and, therefore, unrelated.
With that in mind, the unrelated sentence is:
Located in the state of California in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Yellowstone National Park is a perfect place to take a vacation.
